PRODUCT QUALITY

At NHTI, we are dedicated to providing you with some of the most cutting edge, high quality products. We are constantly searching for products that will help improve quality of life. We review data and often consult with various health practitioners before taking on any new line of product. We then try many of the products ourselves. Once we are satisfied with the quality of a product we will then list it on our website. If there is a product line that you would like to see offered on our site please let us know and we will be glad to look into it for you.

RETURN POLICY

Returns and refunds will be accepted within 15 days of delivery date. Any and All returns must be unopened and factory sealed.

There is a 20% restocking and handling fee for all returns.

No returns will be credited after the 15 day grace period.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

There will be NO returns or exchanges on any Protein Bars or Probiotic Products.

SHIPPING POLICY

For All International Orders:

Once orders are shipped, if they are rejected by customs you will be responsible for paying the shipping to and from your destination as well as a 20% restocking fee. Please order wisely and be sure your country allows what you are ordering to be imported into your country. You are responsible for whatever tariffs your government charges.

Shipments to Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska

are $19.95 minimum. If shipping costs exceed our minimum due to weight and size of package an additional charge will be applied.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours following the date of the order. Orders are shipped via UPS or the United States Postal Service. Because customer service is so important to us, whenever possible, we will ship your order via the USPS priority service. Orders will be received within 2-10 business days. Special orders may take longer. Notify us and we will give you an ETA.

If we are out of stock on a product we will contact you via email or phone call. If an item is out of stock but on its way into our warehouse, if it is going to arrive within 2-5 days, your order will be shipped as soon as it arrives.

All refrigerated products, including probiotics will be shipped 2nd day air or next day air only. Depending on weight of entire order and final destination, an additional charge will appear on your credit card.

Refrigerated products are only shipped Monday - Wednesday

Please note:
Shipping charges apply to orders made within the same product line. For orders not made within the same product line, an additional charge of $8.50 will appear on your credit card from Nutritional Healing Technologies Inc. For multiple product line purchases, shipments may be shipped from different locations, and arrive in separate packages.

If actual shipping charges exceed our minimum charge, the difference will be charged to your credit card. This applies to ground, 2nd day air and next day air. Shipping charges depend on weight, size of package and final destination of package. We can not accurately estimate those charges at the time of checkout from our store. If additional charges are warranted, we will notify you as to the additional amount.

Packages shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight usually do not ship the same day. Please allow 1 full business day for processing time. Overnight orders will not be sent out Fridays unless you call us to arrange a special Saturday delivery with extra fee.

International orders:
If customs does not allow order to be delivered for whatever reason, shipping charges can not be refunded.

International orders will be shipped by either United Parcel Service or the United States Postal Service. We will fill out all the correct shipping documents. If package is not permitted to enter the country, for whatever reason, and is returned to us, the client will incur a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable in these cases.

International orders will be charged an additional amount if cost exceeds our minimum. An additional charge will appear on your credit card statement reflecting any additional charges. This depends on size, weight and final destination.

International orders CAN NOT be shipped via next day or second day air.

WARRANTIES/GUARANTEES

If you have made a purchase that comes with a warrantee/guarantee, that warrantee/guarantee is through the manufacturer - NOT through Nutritional Healing Technologies, Inc.

Typographical, Product Pricing & Description Errors

There may be errors in pricing or product description (size, weight, ingredients, etc) on our site. We do our best to keep the site updated but in the event of any product mis-information or typographical error, you may return the product for a full refund. If an incorrect price is listed, Nutritional Healing Tech. Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel the order. In addition, we have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charged price.
