Due to the rising costs of shipping, Free Shipping only applies to most orders
over $150 for products within the same manufacturer/product line.

*FREE GROUND SHIPPING applies only to those in U.S.A. (except for Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska which are charged at $19.95 (weight dependent...we will notify you if shipping is more than this) on vitamin/supplement Internet orders (only) over $150. *All other merchandise does not qualify and will have additional shipping fees.

We reserve the right to ship your package via the best shipper available.  Your shipping charge will remain the same regardless of which shipper we use.  If it is imperative to have something shipped via a specific carrier you must put this in the notes at check out.  Our current shippers are UPS, USPS and FedEx.   

For All International Orders:

Once orders are shipped, if they are rejected by customs you will be responsible for paying the shipping to and from your destination as well as a 20% restocking fee. Please order wisely and be sure your country allows what you are ordering to be imported into your country. You are responsible for whatever tariffs your government charges.  Shipping charges from the shopping cart are an estimate.  We will notify you via email if there are any changes in shipping charges.

International orders CANNOT be shipped via next day or second day air.

Overnight and 2nd Day Air Shipments:
All overnight and 2nd Day Air shipments are determined at shipping.  If the cart has not charged the correct shipping we will notify you via email.  These rates are determined by product weight and size, destination etc.  Overnight and 2nd day packages do not always ship the same day.  Please allow 1 full business day for processing time.  Overnight orders ship Mon-Thurs.  2nd Day orders ship Mon – Wed.

Vendor Restrictions/Site Registration:

Our site registration page is mandatory as per certain manufacturers and must be filled out before we can process your first order. We are happy to stay in touch with you about your health and assist you with any product recommendations or questions that you may have. Please fill out your information as completely as possible, so that we may serve you better.
Once your registration is received, we will review and you will be contacted upon account approval/activation.  This process usually takes less than 2 hours depending upon the time of day your registration is submitted.  For immediate help,  call us at 570-421-0665.  Our general hours of operation are from 10 am - 9 PM EST.  We look forward to being of service to you!

If delivery cannot be made due to an address error by the customer, or if the customer needs to update the address after the order has been shipped, the customer agrees to accept a $5 to $10 charge for correction of that address by the shipping concern (if possible). When will I receive my Order?
All orders are generally shipped within 48 hours following the date the order is received. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx  or the United States Postal Service. Because customer service is so important to us, whenever possible, we will ship your order via the USPS priority service. Orders should be received within 2-7 business days. Special orders may take longer. Notify us and we will give you an ETA.  

Out of Stock Items & BackOrders
If the products that you have ordered are out of stock or on backorder, we will only notify you if the item will be out of stock longer than 3 business days.  Once the items are back in stock they will ship out immediately.  If the products will be out of stock or on backorder for any length of time we will notify you promptly.  You will then have the option to receive the product once it is back in stock or cancel your order.  You will NOT be charged additional shipping if your items arrive separately.


Multiple Product Orders (Multiple Companies)

Please note that some of our products are drop-shipped so if you have ordered multiple products from a mix of companies your order may arrive in separate boxes.

By Mail: If you would like to send your payment/order by mail. Please note, if a personal check is sent your order will be shipped after the check has cleared with our bank. RETURN POLICY

Return Policy
If you have a return, please contact us at 570-421-0665 to inform us of your name, order number and products being returned and the reason for the return.   All products must be returned in their original packaging and all returns must be unopened and factory sealed.  If you send a product without contacting us first there will be no credit issued.
All returns MUST be sent to the following address for credit:

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your credit to be applied.
Returns and refunds will be accepted within 15 days of delivery date. Any and All returns must be unopened and factory sealed.

There is a 25% restocking and handling fee for all returns.  All Large Orders (Over $1000) have a 50% restocking and handling fee for all returns. 
No returns will be credited after the 15 day grace period.

Shipping charges are not refundable.
There will be NO returns or exchanges or credits on any Food Items, Protein Bars, Probiotic Products, Special Order Products, or other Perishable Items.

OTHER SHIPPING INFO


Please note:
Shipping charges apply to orders made within the same product line. For orders not made within the same product line, an additional charge of $8.50 will appear on your credit card from Nutritional Healing Technologies Inc. For multiple product line purchases, shipments may be shipped from different locations, and arrive in separate packages.

If actual shipping charges exceed our minimum charge, the difference will be charged to your credit card. This applies to ground, 2nd day air and next day air. Shipping charges depend on weight, size of package and final destination of package. We can not accurately estimate those charges at the time of checkout from our store. If additional charges are warranted, we will notify you as to the additional amount.

Packages shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight usually do not ship the same day. Please allow 1 full business day for processing time. Overnight orders will not be sent out Fridays unless you call us to arrange a special Saturday delivery with extra fee.

Typographical, Product Pricing & Description Errors

There may be errors in pricing or product description (size, weight, ingredients, etc) on our site. We do our best to keep the site updated but in the event of any product mis-information or typographical error, you may return the product for a full refund. If an incorrect price is listed, Nutritional Healing Tech. Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel the order. In addition, we have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charged price.

If you contact us with specific questions/health concerns and leave them on our voicemail, you give us permission to leave all specific answers on the voicemail of the phone number that you give if you are not available at the time of our call back.   If you do not wish for us to leave answers on your voicemail you must say so when leaving your questions on our voicemail and leave us an email address to respond to.

Special Orders
Special Orders are orders for products that are not regularly on our site.  Please note: We are happy to try and help you find various products/brands.  However, if you order products that we do not regularly sell it is a final sale.  We cannot take Returns on these special order products.  Please take this into consideration when placing your order.  If you have not taken the product before we suggest only ordering 1 bottle so you can make sure it agrees with you. How Do You Determine Your Shipping Rates?
Our shipping prices are determined by the distributors/manufacturers who ship your products to you.  We charge the same or less than what they charge us.  Shipping rates have gone up significantly recently.

How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?

Non-Refundable Perishables/Heat Sensitive Products
No returns accepted on any protein bars, suppositories, probiotics or any other perishable item.

  • During Summer Months (June-September) it is suggested  that you choose an expedited shipping method for heat sensitive products.
  • All heat sensitive orders received on Friday’s will be held for shipping until the following business day.

Suggestions:

  • We suggest that you select 2nd Day Air or Overnight during the summer months or if you live in a hot climate state any month of the year.  If not, your products may arrive 5-7 days later and may be warm or hot to the touch. 
  • Please refrigerate your products immediately upon arrival
  • WE CANNOT REFUND OR REPLACE WARM/HOT PACKAGES.
  • A cold pack may be included with your order free of charge during the summer months or when shipping to hot climate states.  (It is normal for the ice pack to be warm/hot upon arrival).
  • Most refrigerated products are shipped direct from the manufacturer and most transit times will be between 3-5 business days.
  • Protein Bars/Suppositories/Probiotics will melt in the heat!  It is suggested that you select 2nd day or overnight shipping.  Protein Bars/Suppositories generally ship from either NH, CT, WA, AZ or MT.  If the bars/suppositories/probiotics melt they do not spoil, put them in the refrigerator so that they firm up.  If you are concerned about your package being left in the heat outside your door.   Please enter a shipping address where someone can sign for the package so that it is not left in the heat.
