Product RETURNS
You may return an un-opened, un-used, non-perishable product within 15 days for a refund minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. If you do not like a product, we do not issue refunds, unless it is defective or contains ingredients not listed on our website.
To send back your un-opened product, contact us via email to obtain the correct ship to address that the box should be sent to. Please be sure to include your original receipt and the reason for the return. Please DO NOT SEND BACK PRODUCTS without contacting us first.
If you were shipped the wrong product at our fault, we will provide you with a free shipping label for its return and we will credit you for that product as soon as we receive it back. The correct product will be shipped out to you as soon as we are informed of the error.
Perishables
Returns are not possible on perishable items such as all Probiotics, Protein Bars, Suppositories etc.
Shipping via 2nd Day or Overnight
Packages shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight usually do not ship the same day. Please allow 1 full business day for processing time. Overnight orders will not be shipped out on Fridays unless you contact us to arrange a special Saturday delivery with an extra fee.
All Probiotic Orders
If you placed your probiotic order on Thursday or Friday, it will not be shipped until Monday to allow the least amount of time in transit since UPS/USPS does not work weekends. This will hold true more so in the summer months.
Ice Pack with Probiotics
During the summer months (June-Sept), some of our distributors will automatically include an ice pack with your order free of charge.
*However, please keep in mind that the probiotics that we carry on this website are quite stable for months kept at room temperature or warmer.
How do I Change or Cancel My Order?
Email us immediately so we can try to prevent the order from being shipped out. Email is best, but you may also call us at 570-421-0665
Can I send in a money order, Cashier’s check, or personal check?
Yes, but please note your orders will not ship out until we receive your money order or check. For checks, please allow up to 7 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We will charge a $35 fee on all returned checks. If you decide to pay by check, we recommend that you use PayPal payments since it allows processing of checks electronically and your order will ship out more expeditiously.
Out-of-Stock Products & Backorders
If the product you have ordered is out-of-stock or on back-order, we will notify you of the delay time and give you the option to receive the product once back in stock, or cancel your order. You will not be charged additional shipping if your items arrive separately.
Orders for More Than One Item (Multiple Product Orders)
If your order contains more than one product or items from different companies, you will most likely receive them in two separate packages.
Typographical and Product Description Errors on Site
In the event there is an error in pricing or product description etc. (ie: size, weight, ingredients) on our site, you may return the product for a full refund. Although we do our best to keep the site updated, at times our vendors do not always inform us of changes. If it is listed at an incorrect price, NHTI shall have the right to refuse or cancel your order. In addition, NHTI has the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been charged or not. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the price charged.
