Shipping FAQ’s and Rates:
Due to the rising costs of shipping, Free Shipping only applies to most orders
over $150 for products within the same manufacturer/product line.
Items that are oversized/bulky/heavy may incur a shipping fee. Thank you.
*FREE GROUND SHIPPING applies only to those in U.S.A. (except for Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska which are charged at $19.95 (weight dependent...we will notify you if shipping is more than this) on vitamin/supplement Internet orders (only) over $150. *All other merchandise does not qualify and will have additional shipping fees.
We reserve the right to ship your package via the best shipper available. Your shipping charge will remain the same regardless of which shipper we use. If it is imperative to have something shipped via a specific carrier you must put this in the notes at check out. Our current shippers are UPS, USPS and FedEx. 
For All International Orders:
Once orders are shipped, if they are rejected by customs you will be responsible for paying the shipping to and from your destination as well as a 20% restocking fee. Please order wisely and be sure your country allows what you are ordering to be imported into your country. You are responsible for whatever tariffs your government charges. Shipping charges from the shopping cart are an estimate. We will notify you via email if there are any changes in shipping charges.
International orders CANNOT be shipped via next day or second day air.
Overnight and 2nd Day Air Shipments:
All overnight and 2nd Day Air shipments are determined at shipping. If the cart has not charged the correct shipping we will notify you via email. These rates are determined by product weight and size, destination etc. Overnight and 2nd day packages do not always ship the same day. Please allow 1 full business day for processing time. Overnight orders ship Mon-Thurs. 2nd Day orders ship Mon – Wed.
How Do You Determine Your Shipping Rates?
Our shipping prices are determined by the distributors/manufacturers who ship your products to you. We charge the same or less than what they charge us. Shipping rates have gone up significantly recently.
How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?

Non-Refundable Perishables/Heat Sensitive Products
No returns accepted on any protein bars, suppositories, probiotics or any other perishable item.
- During Summer Months (June-September) it is suggested that you choose an expedited shipping method for heat sensitive products.
- All heat sensitive orders received on Friday’s will be held for shipping until the following business day.
Suggestions:
- We suggest that you select 2nd Day Air or Overnight during the summer months or if you live in a hot climate state any month of the year. If not, your products may arrive 5-7 days later and may be warm or hot to the touch.
- Please refrigerate your products immediately upon arrival
- WE CANNOT REFUND OR REPLACE WARM/HOT PACKAGES.
- A cold pack may be included with your order free of charge during the summer months or when shipping to hot climate states. (It is normal for the ice pack to be warm/hot upon arrival).
- Most refrigerated products are shipped direct from the manufacturer and most transit times will be between 3-5 business days.
- Protein Bars/Suppositories/Probiotics will melt in the heat! It is suggested that you select 2nd day or overnight shipping. Protein Bars/Suppositories generally ship from either NH, CT, WA, AZ or MT. If the bars/suppositories/probiotics melt they do not spoil, put them in the refrigerator so that they firm up. If you are concerned about your package being left in the heat outside your door. Please enter a shipping address where someone can sign for the package so that it is not left in the heat.

In order to purchase from Nutritional Healing Technologies/TheRoadToHealthyLiving.com the purchaser must be at least 18 years of age. Customer certifies that he/she is at least 18 years of age and that he/she is the authorized user of the credit card being used for purchase and that address, telephone and email address information is 100% complete and accurate. If delivery cannot be made due to an address error by the customer, or if the customer needs to update the address after the order has been shipped, the customer agrees to accept a $5 to $10 charge for correction of that address by the shipping concern (if possible). This charge will be applied to the card used for the order. Orders are not binding upon
TheRoadToHealthyLiving.com until accepted by Nutritional Healing Tech./ TheRoadToHealthyLiving.com. Terms of payment are within TheRoadToHealthyLiving.com's sole discretion. The Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with their order
When will I receive my Order?
All orders are generally shipped within 48 hours following the date the order is received. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service. Because customer service is so important to us, whenever possible, we will ship your order via the USPS priority service. Orders should be received within 2-7 business days. Special orders may take longer. Notify us and we will give you an ETA.
Out of Stock Items & BackOrders
If the products that you have ordered are out of stock or on backorder, we will only notify you if the item will be out of stock longer than 3 business days. Once the items are back in stock they will ship out immediately. If the products will be out of stock or on backorder for any length of time we will notify you promptly. You will then have the option to receive the product once it is back in stock or cancel your order. You will NOT be charged additional shipping if your items arrive separately.
